1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed quickly, typically within a few hours of purchase .

Delivery to Europe:

We are not responsible if products are seized at customs. All our products are fully legal in the UK, and we dispatch orders daily. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the items ordered are permitted in the destination country. No refunds will be issued in the event of seizure or customs rejection.

2. Delivery Options & Fees

  • Standard Delivery (orders over £35: Free)
    • Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days (depending on location).
  • Next-Day Delivery
    • Tracked 24: royal mail
    • Tracked 48: royal mail
    • international delivery: royal mail
    • Orders placed before 11 am will arrive the next business day.
    • Excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • Same-Day Local Delivery (Coventry city & within 3 miles of city centre: £1.99)
    • Orders must be placed before 11 AM for same-day delivery in coventry.
    • Subject to availability and driver schedules.
